Self-Reflection

Self-reflection has been an event or rather an enterprise, which I have undertaken for a considerable amount of time. It is a phenomenon in which I conjoin my attention into one gathering. The intent is to speak to the self, to recognize and nourish. And the discipline in which I have invested is poetry for it serves as a dialogue, a consultation and confrontation of emotions and scrutiny.

The basis of my poetry has been reflections, however condensed into a series of what I deem as fitting illustrations. The faithful unfolding of events preserves all my experiences to draw upon an ingrained sense of writing style, through which, I have developed a pensive mind regarding myself. This, I think, is important to the composition of my prose, and that one needs to be fully conscious of who he or she is to draw upon the most envisioned source of writing. When facing a foreign enterprise, the difficulty at length is not sat upon the physical challenge with which it will provide, but on the truthful exhibition and discipline one is required to promote the most substantial self-growth.
